My Lemon Tails, a product of Mas Exports, requires that you agree to the terms outlined in this agreement when visiting our website or making a purchase from our store. We reserve the right to modify these terms as needed, and will update this page with the date of the latest changes.
General Conditions
You are prohibited from using our products for any illegal or unauthorized activities that violate laws within your jurisdiction.
You may not reproduce, copy, or resell our product, marketing materials, copywriting, images, videos, or packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse orders at our discretion, which may result from limited inventory, lack of logistics support in your location, or payment issues raised by our payment gateway providers.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions made through our store.
Pricing
Our product pricing is carefully considered and infrequently changed. However, we reserve the right to update product prices and discontinue products at our discretion. Updated prices will be clearly displayed on the website, while discontinued products may no longer be visible.
Delivery and Shipping
We provide shipping to most locations within india.
Typically, in-stock products are dispatched within one business day of order placement. If a product is out of stock, the estimated shipping time will be displayed on the website prior to order placement.
A nominal fee applies to Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, if your PIN code is supported. Rejection of a confirmed COD order will result in future service restrictions.
When possible, we will send an email with a tracking link for your order. Shipping times are not guaranteed due to external factors, and shipping and COD fees are non-refundable.
Gift cards and Rewards
Gift cards and reward credits are issued exclusively by us. Recipients will receive an email notification containing a unique code. This code, when applied during checkout, provides a credit towards the final purchase. Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of issue and should not be shared. They can only be used for purchases made on our store.
We reserve the right to cancel issued gift cards in cases of spam or abuse.
Warranty and Returns
We do not sell ready-made clothes. Each outfit is personalized to the size of the dog. Hence, we can not offer cancellation/refunds on any orders.
Sizing-related exchanges are accepted within 3 calendar days of order delivery. After an exchange request is raised, we will pick up the order & issue an equal-value coupon code.
We strive to offer a pick-up service for exchanges or returns, but it is not guaranteed. In such instances, customers are asked to ship the return themselves.
Please WhatsApp or email us on – mylemontails@gmail.com using the email associated with the order. As a small business, we cannot accommodate requests for standard or defective products beyond this timeframe.
