We do not sell ready-made clothes, we only offer exchanges and no refunds. Each outfit is personalized to the size of the dog. Hence, we can not offer cancellation/refunds on any orders.
Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 calendar days of delivery. As our garments are made-to-measure, exchanges will only be processed if our design team determines there are significant fit or quality concerns with the outfit. The design team reserves the right to decline exchange requests if the garment fits according to our sizing standards.
For approved exchanges, a new order will be created after we receive the returned item. While we strive to offer a pick-up service for approved exchanges, it is not guaranteed. In such instances, customers will need to ship the return themselves.
